Dynamic Pro Sport Suspension

Each Dynamic Pro Sport shock strut made or sold by Yellow Speed Racing Co LTD has a 24 month limited warranty. Pictures of the issued shock, purchase order number, shock series number and other relative documentation must be provided when a customer files a claim. Yellow Speed Europe will inspect and determine whether the products are defective before any warranty claim is made or accepted. Warranty inspection results will be based on the findings and data of the Yellow Speed technician. If the shock strut with the oil leaking is found to be defective or to have failed under normal conditions, Yellow Speed Racing Co LTD will send a replacement shock absorber at no charge to the customer, with the exception of shipping and handling fees. If the defective strut or components are asked for return to Yellow Speed Racing Co LTD for inspection or examination, customers are required to cover shipping costs to Yellow Speed Europe. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs for the replacement parts from Yellow Speed Europe to the customers address. During the warranty period, the loss of time, labor cost, transportation charge, commercial loss, inconvenience and loss of use of the product or vehicle will not be covered.

All Other Suspension Systems

Each Dynamic Pro Sport shock strut made or sold by Yellow Speed Racing Co LTD has a 3 month limited warranty. Each shock strut from Premium Competition, Pro Plus Racing, Dynamic Pro Drift, Club Performance and Advanced Pro Plus coilovers made or sold by Yellow Speed Racing Co LTD has a 3 month limited warranty.

*3 month limited warranty starts from the date which the buyer purchases from Yellow Speed Europe. If a shock strut is leaking oil and the coilovers upper mount, lower bracket and strut don’t have any bends or are showing obvious signs of unusual abuse, then Yellow Speed Racing Co LTD will offer to rebuild or repair the leaking insert or shock for the customer free of charge during the warranty period, as long as the customer is willing to send the defective shock back to Yellow Speed Racing Co LTD. The customer will be required to cover shipping costs for the replacement parts from Yellow Speed to the customer’s address. If the coilover’s upper mount, lower bracket, or strut has any bends or is out of shape when the shock strut with the leaking issue is recieved, Yellow Speed Racing Co LTD will not take responsibility or offer any warranty service on the coilovers. If the buyer installs the coilover kit incorrectly, uses it abnormally or partakes in any racing events the coilovers will have their warranty voided. Yellow Speed Racing Co LTD will not take any responsibility or offer any warranty service for coilover suspension kits that have been used beyond their suggested use.
