We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and take care of all sales-related interactions with our customers. This office-based position includes, but is not limited to, handling telephone orders and queries, responding to customer emails, and assisting customers in-store.

 

Main Duties

As a Customer Service Representative at Tegiwa, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries through emails, social media messages, telephone calls, live chat, and in-store interactions.

  • Keeping customers informed of any changes in lead times and updating them on the status of their orders.

  • Resolving complex customer questions by collaborating with suppliers and other internal teams, including Purchasing, Goods-In, and Warehouse.

  • Working closely with the wider team to continuously enhance systems and processes to ensure exceptional customer service.

  • Performing various administrative tasks as needed.

 

Requirements

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Representative role at Tegiwa should have:

  • Strong customer service experience as a pre-requisite.

  • A knack for building and maintaining positive relationships with both customers and colleagues.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, combined with empathy and patience.

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workloads.

  • A strong commitment to teamwork and a willingness to go above and beyond to support the team.

  • A passion for cars and automotive aspects is a plus, but not required.

 

Desirable

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce and order management software, such as Magento and Linnworks.

  • A comprehensive understanding of the Tegiwa brand and its product offerings.

  • An in-depth knowledge of cars and performance parts from a mechanical perspective.
